This Was Demonstrated In The Time Of Hazrat Omer Bin Abdul Aziz Radi Allahu Anhu When The Affluent People Searched In Vain For Those Who Needed Assistance From Zakat.There Is A Tendency To Hoard Wealth Instead Of Investing It In Business,Islam Curbs This Tendency By The System Of Zakat.
Because All Hoarded Wealth Is Subject To Zaka And If It Is Not Invested In A Profitable Venture Then It Is Likely To Be Exhausted In A Few Years.

Even In Islam, The Guardian Of A Wealthy Orphan Is Directed To Invest His Ward's Wealth In Trade
So That, Economic Activities Could Flourish.Islam Lays Emphasis On The Removal Of Concentration Of Wealth In Few Hands But If It Has Been Accumulated Then It Should Be Spilled Into The Channels Of Zaka.
